Speech From An Unknown Dream
I am so sorry and I truly am. I truly yet sincerely wish that my apology is accepted! I hereby bow down and ask for yours forgiveness.
I am not trying to deceive you nor cheat any of you. You may think of it that way but I will not and I will explain the reason behind this behavior. I really know how all of you feel when you think that I make a fool out of you and deceived you. From the character I’ve played and the book I wrote, you know how I felt and that was my true yet painful feeling. I wish to believe in people, in their heart, in their soul, I believe and will I keep continue to believe that we are connected. How harsh the truth may be and yet I believe that you will realize that deep within your soul that what I say is true.
I begged you to listen carefully and taste my word and read what it meant for what it has to be but not just words itself. From time to time, people asked and I myself have also asked why people are being born? Was it to serve a purpose? Was it to be another man lamb? Was it to be a king to rule the world or a nation? Was it to be a leader? Was it to be a special person? Yes . . . all of us have asked and get the answer to our life and here is my answer to all of you and it will be my explanation as well. We are not born for hurting each other. By hurting another individual, the cries of pain does not only apply to the heart of victim but it has also apply to the perpetrator. You may not see the victim cry as it was a cry of heart but when you calm down and re-watch your action you will realize that you yourself are also in pain. A pain that you may never know and when it piles up you cry for no reason. Some said amnesia but what if that is not the case. So, for all of you to be so hurt are not what I wanted to see and this is what hurt me most when I realize I was hurting you.
My motive of doing such thing was to see my achievement. I must confess that I did it the harsh way but this is the only way to see an unclouded result. To see my result being an author while I was a famous actor, this is the only way for my stories to achieve acknowledgement without the influence of my acting career. Ask yourself my friends, whatever things that you and I have done were not for people to acknowledge our achievement. Since we were a child, we did little things like walking and we get praise. When we get praise and acknowledgement we truly felt the joy and happiness within us. When we’re older these things is harder to get and yes we did great work and took great length to claim that acknowledgement. Some has gone to the wrong path and uses method like copying answer in test, threaten others and so on. The society despises these people for their action but I do not. I know their feeling and so do you who are here to listen to my explanation. We know they’ve tried and tried hard but in the end without guidance the end up swaying to the wrong path. A bad apple is not a useless apple. Removing the bad part it is still edible isn’t it?
I believe still that there are more things to life than the one I’ve said. I’ve learn things from everywhere and anywhere. Do not despise a criminal as there may be thing to learn from them. Long before we could remember, there are lots of old saying and when you read them you’ll find that there are some that was the total opposite. The world is balanced. Light cannot live without darkness and darkness cannot exist without light. The world’s a double edge sword. Using a metal sword clashing a metal shield and these tow ended up destroying each other. There was never right or wrong but only an option to do what is better. I’ve learn this once from a drama and I’ll remember it “To achieve forgiveness and peace, one must first start to forgive other for their deeds”. I remember this well and I’ll always remind me to forgive others for what they did to me and see their bright part in life. Forgiving other also meant forgiving oneself. I hope all of you will forgive me and give me a chance to take a better option of redemption. . .
